Aloe vera for sunburn

Best remedy for sunburn is to use aloe gel on your skin.. 

If you have an aloe vera plant nearby, here is how you can use the gel.

Cut a section of leaf . Make sure you cut it from below, Close to the stem… This way you wont harm the plant.

 

Next cut both of the sides.. So it is safe to work with!

You can see the gel between the two layers of leaves. Now slowly slide your knife and seperate the top and the bottom leaf.

There you go. Now scoop out the gel using a spoon or a knife .. Dont use the green part or any yellow like liquid that comes out of it… Just use the clear gel.

You can blend it in a blender to get a smooth gel and store it in a container.. Use it on sunburnt face for immidiate relief.You can also use it on hair for moisture with your conditioner!
